What I did

• Shop by category and concern (skin, hair, body, fragrance, boxes) to shorten the path to the product.
• An offers engine on the storefront: countdown, “buy 3, get the 4th free” and instant bundle discounts to lift order value.
• Best sellers and new arrivals on the home page to speed up decisions.
• Store SEO: titles and descriptions for categories and products, plus Organization and FAQ schema.
• Free shipping threshold visible in the top bar.
